Giorgio Tedeschi

The tax firm was created by Giorgio Tedeschi, Certified Public Accountant and Statutory Auditor in Milan.

Graduated in Business Management at the “Luigi Bocconi” University of Milan, he has been working for almost 30 years with leading Tax and Audit firms in Milan for international tax consultancy on corporations and individuals, M&A operations, tax litigation, tax audit and tax due diligence for acquisitions and fiscal certification, Expatriates tax.

He also worked as a Bankruptcy Trustee for the Milan Court, as well as Liquidator and Statutory Auditor for Multinational Corporations.

In 2013, he finally decided to set up his own tax consulting firm (STUDIO GIORGIO TEDESCHI) in Milan, through which he, in collaboration with an international professional network, provides assistance to clients mainly on international taxation of individuals.

He is a member of the International Taxation Commission at the CPA Association of Milan, planning and lecturing at conferences and seminars organized by the Association on international taxation of individuals.

He lectures at conferences promoted by Confindustria, as well as in other domestic and international conferences on employment tax.

He is the author of international tax articles published in magazines and business newspapers and magazines (Il Sole-24 Ore, Ipsoa).

He has excellent knowledge of both English and French, and good knowledge of other languages ​​(especially Spanish and Portuguese).
